I provide the essential forms needed to begin the eviction process. 5 day notice, summons, complaint, and judgment. I ensure your documents are completed accurately, meet Arizona legal requirements, and are ready for filing and service. This price includes court fee.

Writ of restitution, filing of writ, and for Constable lockout if necessary.

Process Server
$165-$200
Arizona law requires that the Summons and Complaint be properly served on the tenant by a license process server. I coordinate professional service through a certified process server which includes delivery attempts, service documentation, and a notarized Affidavit of Service for filing with the court.
Once documents are completed, they are sent to the process server. The process server will then email me the stamped filed court documents, including the court date. They also will deliver the affidavit to the court needed for court case.
After I receive the court date from the process server, I will prepare the proposed judgment, including the ledger and a concise five-line summary of key details that can be easily read to the judge during a telephonic hearing.
Advanced Service w/ Attorney
$150
We offer the option to have an attorney represent you for a flat fee of $150. Please note that this flat fee covers standard services only. If your case proceeds to trial or requires additional work beyond the initial scope, additional charges may apply.
