Eviciton Document Preparer Services

I assist landlords by preparing the required legal documents for a lawful eviction. For a flat fee. I provide the essential forms needed to begin the eviction process, including a 5 day notice, summons and complaint. I ensure your documents are completed accurately, meet Arizona legal requirements, and are ready for filing and service.
$180 Writ of restitution for Constable lockout if necessay.
Process Server
$190
Arizona law requires that the Summons and Complaint be properly served on the tenant by a license process server. I coordinate professional service through a certified process server for a flat fee of $190 which includes delivery attempts, service documentation, and a notarized Affidavit of Serive for filing with the court.
Advanced Service w/ Attorney
$100
We offer the option to have an attorney represent you for a flat fee of $100. Please note that this flat fee covers standard services only. If your case proceeds to trial or requires additional work beyond the initial scope, additional charges may apply.
